“A Conversation on Race” Resources
On Sunday, Oct. 14, our congregation had a Sunday devoted to “A Conversation on Race.” Dr. Terrell Carter brought the message at both morning services. After lunch, he led a discussion on “The Roots of Racial Division.”
You may listen to the 8:15 a.m. service message or watch the 10:45 a.m. service message based on Acts 10:34-35, “The God of Also,” here on our sermon archive page.
A PDF copy of the afternoon PowerPoint, “Roots of Racial Division” can be downloaded here.
A second presentation that time did not allow for, “Discussion on Multiracial/Multiethnic Congregations” can be downloaded here as a PDF as well. Notes that would have been distributed for that session, “Challenges to Multicultural Leadership” are attached as well.
